How much does it cost?
Nothing to join. Centifit takes a commission on each booking made through Centifit, agreed with you before you go live. You set your own court prices.
How do I get paid?
Money from bookings and games paid in the app goes to your bank every week. You can see each payout on its way in Money.
Can I still take walk-ins?
Yes. Add walk-ins and phone bookings to the same schedule, so a court is never booked twice.
Who decides refunds?
A player who cancels before the cancellation window gets everything back, and nothing after it. Centifit sets the window, and we can let you set your own when we set you up. If you cancel a booking, the player always gets a full refund. Refunds go back the way the player paid.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Add your team in the dashboard and each person signs in with their own account.
