Deleting your Centifit account erases your personal details and closes your sign-in for good. It can't be undone.
In the app
Open the Profile tab, go to Settings and choose Delete account, then confirm. Your sign-in is destroyed and your profile is anonymised straight away.
Without the app
Email centifit@blitcore.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my Centifit account”. We'll check it's you, delete the account and confirm by reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What goes, and when
Straight away: your sign-in and every personal detail on your profile, with your follows, saved places and notification tokens. After 30 days: your Moments, comments and ratings.
Your bookings and payments are kept against an anonymous record, because venues have to keep their books. Anywhere a past game lists you, you appear as “Deleted player”.
