A custom game is one a host sets up at a venue that isn't on Centifit yet. Its card says “Not booked through Centifit”, and its page says “The time isn’t guaranteed”.
The venue
The host books the venue directly. Centifit can’t check or hold the time, and another group may book the same slot, so confirm with the host before you travel.
Joining
Players ask to join and the host decides who’s in.
Payments
Centifit takes no payment for custom games and can’t refund anyone. Ask the host about any cost.
If plans change
The time and place can’t be changed after the game is created. If the host cancels it in the app, everyone who joined is told.
