Centifit sets the cancellation window for bookings, the same for every venue. Where Centifit switches it on for you, your venue sets its own instead, from no refunds up to a week before the slot.
How it works
Players who cancel before the window closes get back everything they paid. Inside it they get nothing back, though they can still cancel to free the court.
If you cancel a booking or close the court, the player gets a full refund.
Open games
Games at your courts are refundable while they're open and locked in once they're fully funded, when the court is booked.
