Refunds go back the way you paid and take 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
Court bookings
Cancel before the booking's cancellation window closes for a full refund. After that there's no refund, though you can still cancel to free the court. The window varies by venue, and the booking shows it before you pay.
If the venue cancels the booking or closes the court, you get a full refund. If you paid cash at the desk, the venue refunds you there.
Open games
While a game is open, leave any time for a full refund of what you paid. Once it's fully funded, the game confirms and the court is booked. Payments are locked in, so leaving won't refund you.
If a game isn't funded
Not fully funded by kick-off? It cancels and everyone who paid gets their money back.
Paying the whole cost
Covering a game's full cost yourself confirms it and books the court straight away, so that payment can't be refunded.
